يخبر تعالي عن عظمته وجلاله وانه رب السموات والارض وما فيهما وما بينهما وانه الرحمن الذي شملت رحمته كل شيء وقوله تعالي «لا يملكون منه خطابا» اي لا يقدر احد علي ابتداء مخاطبته الا بإذنه

(From) the Lord of the heaven and the earth, and whatsoever is in between them, the most Gracious, with Whom they cannot to speak (on the Day of Resurrection except by His Leave)
